It is the responsibility of the end user of the products we sell to select the proper product and test that product at a level that is commensurate with the nature of the application. 

 Seller shall not be responsible for buyer's manufacturing costs, labor, alternate purchases, extra freight, lost profit, good will, recall costs or other incidental or consequential damages.
